10-Minute Teriyaki Salmon

Using a store-bought sauce, these teriyaki salmon fillets are ready in just 10 mins and dinner is done!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Salmon Fillets Cut into 2 fillets each.

Mix in a bowl:

  • 5 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 200C.
  • Rinse and pat dry salmon. Place in oven proof dish lined with foil. With a sharp knife, score the skin (optional).
  • Pour sauce mix onto salmon pieces, lifting up salmon fillets so sauce can run below.
  • Pop into oven for 10 minutes (or increase to 12 mins, if you prefer). Garnish with sesame seeds. Scoop out sauce onto rice. Done.

Notes

Top tips:
  • Don't overdo the lemon juice it can alter the taste of the sauce.
  • Be sure to get the Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce in the orange bottle (as pictured).
  • Eat hot with white rice or flavoured noodles with some vege by the side.
