10-Minute Teriyaki Salmon
Using a store-bought sauce, these teriyaki salmon fillets are ready in just 10 mins and dinner is done!
- 2 Salmon Fillets Cut into 2 fillets each.
Mix in a bowl:
- 5 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Pre-heat oven to 200C.
Rinse and pat dry salmon. Place in oven proof dish lined with foil. With a sharp knife, score the skin (optional).
Pour sauce mix onto salmon pieces, lifting up salmon fillets so sauce can run below.
Pop into oven for 10 minutes (or increase to 12 mins, if you prefer). Garnish with sesame seeds. Scoop out sauce onto rice. Done.
Top tips:
- Don't overdo the lemon juice it can alter the taste of the sauce.
- Be sure to get the Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce in the orange bottle (as pictured).
- Eat hot with white rice or flavoured noodles with some vege by the side.
